This is the basic emergency management agency (EMA) questionnaire for use by the one or two key EMAs identified by each airport as major partners in preparedness for disasters and catastrophes.

Companion Questionnaire for Emergency Management Agencies

The purpose of this study is to examine airport preparedness, mitigation measures, and recovery preparations for catastrophes. It focuses on airport plans, flexibilities, capabilities, and relationships with other local and regional agencies to protect airport continuity of operations during catastrophes. For details on the study, see www.airportstudy2008.com.

Please return completed questionnaire as an email Word attachment, fax, or mail to Jim Smith, jfsmith at swva.net, 540-763-3068, cell 540-239-1206, fax 540-763-3268, 385 Sam Reed Rd NW, Floyd, VA 24091.
